Robert R. Schneider, the President and owner of All-Weather Roofing & Siding Co., Inc. is the fourth generation Schneider in the home improvement business. Robert's father Bud H.E. Schneider was owner and President of All-Weather Roofing & Siding Co. for over 38 years until his recent retirement. While Robert worked with his father for over 22 years, he learned from his father who had more than 50 years of personal experience and training in offering thousands of homeowners in Erie County Pennsylvania quality materials and workmanship at fair prices. Many of our successful procedures and policies have been handed down from Robert's great-grandfather Elmer C. Schneider and Elmer's roofer sons, Harold and Edmund Schneider.
Our companies' main focus of expertise has always been residential roofing, however, Bud Schneider is very proud of the fact that he sold and installed many of the first solid vinyl siding jobs in Erie back in the 1960s. Since then, All-Weather Siding Co.'s vinyl siding, soffit and fascia work has grown with the desire of homeowners for the Vinyl products.
Robert, working and learning at his father's side, has become the vinyl replacement window expert for his company and All-Weather Roofing & Siding Co., Inc. can offer the homeowner a complete roofing, siding, window and door work, chimney repairs, decks, etc. with as Bob calls it "one stop shopping". Rather than dealing with several contractors and contracts to do an exterior remodeling project, our company can produce for the homeowner a manufacturer's certified roofing, siding and window job.
From start to finish, our company gives "Professional Personal Service". We do not employ any high-pressure sales people; all estimates and sales are handled directly by Robert Schneider. Our quality control of experienced mechanics is overseen by Robert and the final installation and job inspection is also done by Robert.
